GLEN DUNCAN PROMOTED TO
VP A&R, EAST COAST, WARRIOR RECORDS

Los Angeles, CA (June 17, 2004) - Glen Duncan has been promoted to Vice President A&R, East Coast, for Warrior Records, as announced this morning by Jim Ervin, CEO, L.A. Entertainment, Inc.

In his new position as VP A&R E/C, Mr. Duncan will be establishing a satellite office for Warrior in New York. He will continue to work with his existing base of artists, while also looking to expand Warrior's reach in the East Coast markets, with a primary focus on NYC.

"Glen has been a tremendous asset to the Warrior family over the past five years," said Jim Ervin. "His creative and technical prowess will no doubt continue to benefit our company in the future. I am happy to have him paving the way for us in New York."

Mr. Duncan served as Director, A&R, Warrior Records, since 1999.
