Returns - Warrior accepts returns only for merchandise that was damaged during shipping (produts that have been opened are non-refundable). You may be provided with a replacement copy for damaged merchandise by contacting Customer Service (info @ warriorrecords.com) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email. When you return your item, you must include the RA number, along with your return address, and the damaged item that you wish to have replaced.

When you contact Customer Service (info at warriorrecords dot com) to request a RA number, please include the following information in order to facilitate the process:

- Your name
- Your phone number and shipping address
- Product name
- Reason for the return

Once you receive the RA# from us:

- Fill out the return label that has been emailed to you and include the Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Enclose the item(s) with the original invoice in a secure package
- Place the return label on the package and ship it to the address provided by Custormer Service
